We are now accepting International Orders.
We have partnered with DHL Worldwide for delivering international orders. Please be aware that there may be some limitation or additional charges that our web order system cannot accomodate, such has commodity restrictions, Hazardous Materials and dangerous goods transportation. (These include restrictions on Lithium Ion battery transport, flammable adhesives, and dry-ice shipments.) We will communicate any additional charges before orders are processed.
Shipping terms are EXWorks using our preferred carrier, Worldwide. Destination Duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the receiver. We are also working with a Freight Forwarding company for larger orders that require ocean transportation.
Our standard terms are TT/Wire, but we have found that PayPal is also a great way to transfer money quickly without risk to the sender or receiver.
Due to significant problems with FEDEX clearing borders, we can no longer accept FedEx Collect orders for international shipping. We have found that using FedEx can delay order receipt by up to two weeks. Their emails look like spam or viruses which interferes with receipt and processing, their customer service departments cannot coordinate with destination country's problems, and replacement documents must be transmitted two or three times to get packages moving. We have also had issues with UPS delays in clearing customs.
